That's why we follow the European standard EN15780 for cleaning air and grease channels. For fat channels we work according to the TR19® directive, which clearly shows how a kitchen ventilation system must be cleaned correctly to comply with fire safety regulations. Our Valorists are EVHA certified by extensive training.
